= Plant Labels =
Plants should have their ID tags directly attached to the plant. Wrap around tags, or tie-on tags work very nicely, there are some zip-tie based solutions as well.
If the labels, or the printer do not produce water/weather proof labels you can simply cover the labels with some packging tape.
